If you have purchased an item from us and would like to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tags still attached in order to receive a refund.
Items can be returned through your local Royal Mail post office. We currently do not offer pre-paid returns labels and we recommend that you send returns with tracked delivery to ensure your items are received. We will only refund items that arrive at our warehouse.

Once we have received your returns, we will send you an email as confirmation of receipt. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for returns to be processed and for payment to show in your account.
If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us a firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt.
